Integrity and responsibility

Integrity is the cornerstone of corporate governance. GE's business code of conduct is guided by the "integrity manual", which provides guidance for GE employees' business dealings with each other, as well as the principles to be followed by GE employees' delayed dealings with customer regulators, media and other stakeholders, and is committed to building a strong and open integrity system. At present, there are more than 60 integrity and doubt inspectors in all business groups of Ge China to ensure that employees are free to report concerns without fear of retaliation.
